TODAY'S GOSPEL: Mt 13:47-53

Today's Gospel according to Matthew 13:47-53

Gospel Mt 13:47-53

Jesus said to the disciples:
“The Kingdom of heaven is like a net thrown into the sea,
which collects fish of every kind.
When it is full they haul it ashore
and sit down to put what is good into buckets.
What is bad they throw away.
Thus it will be at the end of the age.
The angels will go out and separate the wicked from the righteous
and throw them into the fiery furnace,
where there will be wailing and grinding of teeth.”

“Do you understand all these things?”
They answered, “Yes.”
And he replied, “Then every scribe who has been instructed in the Kingdom of heaven is like the head of a household who brings from his storeroom,
both the new and the old.”
When Jesus finished these parables, he went away from there.

This is a wonderful Parable from our Lord Jesus! It rings true in my mind. When the time comes, Heaven will draw in the nets and separate the good from the bad, and the bad will be thrown into the fiery furnace.  Quite obviously, we are speaking of the destiny of every human ("which collects fish of every kind").  People of every kind and every nation will be chosen by God to either come to heaven or to be thrown into the fiery furnace.

I believe, as most of you know, that we are in the end times, and I must add that wherever I go and speak of this, people concur. So as far as I am concerned, the Christian sect, as a family, believes in the Word and interprets it the same as I. As far as a time: "When?" do you say? We know very well that we will not know the hour nor the day nor the night.  We must be prepared to greet our Lord Jesus with as much pureness of heart that we can. And that can not be given, it must be earned. It is a daily and nightly commitment we must make.
Thus it will be at the end of the age.The angels will go out and separate the wicked from the righteousand throw them into the fiery furnace,
My heart longs for the time that the Angels of the Lord to appear and I pray that I am chosen as one of the righteous. I try very hard to be worthy.  My physical maladies are nothing to compare with the torture and death of Jesus Christ. So I thank him that I feel so awful because it truly does draw one deeper into one's relationship with the Son of God.
“Then every scribe who has been instructed in the Kingdom of heaven is like the head of a household who brings from his storeroom both the new and the old.”
If you consider yourself a "scribe" who knows Jesus, then by worshiping Him, and reading the Word of God and living the life to which you know comes from those two things, you ARE a Scribe. And, you must do as God directs. Some may be painful, but keep an eye on your Salvation, for you shall be saved from the bad things in the end.

At this juncture, I ask that you pray for those who have fallen away; for those who have never known Jesus or God in the truest sense; for those who kill in the name of God, which is NOT our God and I don't know whose god it is, for OUR God is merciful and kind, he will not hurt you if it can be helped. Pray for the UNBORN! That is crucial! Pray for the leaders all around the world that they will work with one another to bring peace in the world. Please pray that Evil Hilary does not win the Presidency, for she is truly an evil woman. Pray for the sick, the homeless, the hungry, the peoples of other nations who do not even  have food nor a drop of water to drink. Pray for your families and friends, that they listen to you when you speak of the Son of God. If they turn their heads away, pray for them that they will find Jesus before it is too late.

There are so many who need prayer, and prayer is the singularly the greatest gift that you can give The Son and The Father.  God bless your days with confidence in our Lord, the richness of His burning heart of love, and may God bless you with relief from an thing or illness that is on your heart. Love him with all of your heart. This is all he asks! That and to live according to the rules that God laid out for every man and woman. The life of a Christian is not difficult. It's like the saying "it takes more muscle to frown than to smile".

Lovingly to All in the name of the Son of God!
