You may be full of yourself and your station in life. You covet expensive clothes, houses, cars and more. Where is there room for God in your life and in your heart?  The heart contains holes where God is supposed to live.  You can find this only through HUMILITY. Humbling yourselves before God.

Many in our culture do not strive for humility.  They want to be at the top, the smartest, perhaps the most wealthy, and the one who seems to have all the fun in life. But this will be their downfall if they do not come to conversion and accept Jesus Christ as their savior and worship him and the Father daily to secure their salvation.

Sadly, in today's world, we hear things such as "politically correct", "gay pride", and "pro-choice". None of these are of God, but of humans who live on this earth. These things were given names by men/women of pride. In our pridefullness, we want to live as if our bodies and our lives are ours, instead of treating ourselves and others as a gift from God. Your pridefulness will get you nowhere near heaven. Only through Jesus will you ever be allowed to see God.

When pride comes, then comes disgrace,
but with humility comes wisdom.

Let go of the need you feel to have the finest of everything, things that show others who you are - a prideful person who wants others' envy. Grasp hold of Jesus with both hands and never let go. He and God have always been with you and they have seen your pridefulness. But, forgiveness is there for you if you ask it of them.

We need humility. God, Jesus and our Holy Mother are all calling each one of us to discipleship. They are calling each one of us to eternal life. But, firstly, we need to acknowledge our humility before God, to humble ourselves before Him. Only then can he fill us with the promises of an eternal life in heaven with Him.

May each of you choose heaven over pride, possessions and status. If you will, you will have a "go to home" pass that is good only for entering the gates of Heaven.

May God bless each of you and receive you with His Love.

With all humility,
